It’s festival season y’all. In Mississippi that means plenty of great music, great BBQ, and the opportunity to see old friends and make some new ones! This year’s Sam Chatmon Blues Festival takes place at the Blue Front in Hollandale, Mississippi on Friday evening, September 23rd, and all day Saturday, September 24th.
As always, this year’s festival features a winning lineup of stellar performers including Kern Pratt and Friends, Libby Rae Watson, and Christone “Kingfish” Ingram. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy blues, gospel, and a bit of country music while sharing good food and tall tales with friends and neighbors. Remember: Admission is free!
