Fans come from all over the world to Chicago during this time, so here is a complete listing of Alligator artist performances in the Chicago area surrounding this year’s festival.

Every Wednesday night this summer, join fellow blues lovers in the Miller Lite Beer Garden for free, live blues presented by Buddy Guy’s Legends.

In 1970 Cocker was given only nine days to put together a band for his upcoming tour. Up against the wall and without a band, he turned to his friend Leon Russell for help.

This event will host performances from the likes of Carolyn Wonderland, Florida favorite Willie Green Band, Tas Cru, Joe Louis Walker, Tinsley Ellis, Marcia Ball, Alvin Youngblood Hart’s Muscle Theory, and more!

Members of the Bland family, including his widow, Willie Mae, son Robb Bland, and daughter Patrice Moses, will be on hand for the unveiling.

This one-time concert event coincides with two milestones: Jimmy’s new memoir, The Cake and The Rain, out now through St. Martin’s Press, and the upcoming 50th Anniversary of “Wichita Lineman.”
