‘Rich Man’ is a culmination of his journeys, both physically and spiritually, and all his traveling has served him well. The best part of this album is the amazing textures and sonic backdrops that Bramhall has sculpted.
The record was really a joy to make. It didn’t seem strained, but it did involve work, don’t get me wrong. You can’t put everything together without putting in the time.
