THE 41st BLUES MUSIC AWARDS SHOW WILL GO ON AS THE FIRST VIRTUAL BMA CEREMONY ON MAY 3, 2020

First time nominees rubbed elbows with blues royalty, industry reps, and fans from all over the world on hand for this year’s ceremony.

“I’m down with the blues thing, but if I were to become the American Adele, I’m totally not opposed to that.”

This year, two additional award categories were added, bringing the total to 26. The two new categories are Instrumentalist – Vocals, and Rock Blues Artist.
