Browsing: The Wired Band

The Pacific Northwest is a great place for music lovers and the Blues in particular, and Lisa Mann & Her Really Good Band are bringing the Northwest’s to a midwest showcase!

The WIRED! Band donated its $2000 1st place band prize to the Campaign for the Blues Hall of Fame.

Find out all the winners in the International Blues Challenge band and solo/duo competition, as well as best self-produced CD and top harmonica and guitar player honors!

The finals have been announced and the gears are in motion for the blowout competition to determine the winners at the Orpheum Theatre. The band finals begin at 2:00pm, Solo/duo finals will begin at 7:30 pm.

The Wired Band is one of the most power-packed bands, trio or not, in the Northwest, and they have won the bragging rights to compete to the IBC in Memphis, representing the Washington Blues Society for the second straight year.
